Thats how it works:
Within a period of 30 days after delivery, you have the option of exercising your right of cancellation and returning your order to us.
To exchange a product, please follow the same steps and simply create a new order with the correct product.

If you would like to return your product within Germany, please use our returns portal to create a DHL label / QR code.

As soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse, we need about 5-10 working days to process the return.

- The products must be unused and in their original condition.
- As soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse and have been checked, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
